Real estate has been a part of my life for a very long time. My inspiration came from my mother, Jacquetta Hensley, whose passion for real estate was truly contagious. Watching her work with dedication and enthusiasm sparked my own desire to pursue a career in the industry. Ten years ago, I took the leap and obtained my real estate license – a decision that has proven to be one of the best I’ve ever made.
Over the years, I’ve worked diligently to build a successful career, striving to provide exceptional service to my clients. I am proud to be a Lifetime Gold Member with the Springfield Board of Realtors. In 2020, I reached a significant milestone, receiving the Platinum award and ranking in the top 1% in sales, producing over $11 million. That same year, I further expanded my expertise by attaining my Broker’s License, allowing me to better serve my clients and continue growing within the real estate industry.
• Personal Story & Interests
On a personal level, my greatest joy comes from my family. I’ve been married to my best friend, Josh, for 22 years, and together we’ve built a beautiful life in Stockton. We are blessed with three amazing daughters – Kyndell, Kamryn, and Kynlee – who keep our lives full of love, laughter, and activity.
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me spending quality time with my family. Our youngest daughter keeps us busy on the softball field, and we love cheering her on. I also have a deep passion for fitness and the outdoors. Whether it’s hiking through scenic trails or enjoying a day on Stockton Lake with family and friends, I cherish any opportunity to be outside and to be active.
Balancing my roles as a wife, mom, and real estate agent keeps life exciting, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. My goal is to continue serving my clients with dedication while embracing the joys of family and the great outdoors. Real estate isn’t just my profession – it’s a passion that allows me to help others find their perfect place to call home.

- If you could only give people one tip about BUYING a home, what would your advice be?
Get pre-approved and set a budget. Working with a skilled Real Estate agent who will put your needs first will relieve so much of the stress and pressure that comes with all of the “behind the scenes” details of buying and selling. - If you could only give people one tip about SELLING a home, what would your advice be?
I would highly recommend using a qualified agent for a market analysis. Also, the first impression matters, so declutter and stage your home. It gives buyers peace of mind that your home has been cared for and helps your property stand out above the rest. - What is one thing you always take note of when looking at a new listing?
If it’s in a high-demand area and priced competitively. - How would you define “success” in your job?
I define success by satisfied clients and retention. Honesty and open communication open the door for trust. Attaining and maintaining that relationship often leads to repeat clients and referrals. That is the true meaning of success for me. Real Estate is so much more than a transaction, and I have had the privilege of working with absolutely wonderful clients on both ends of the deal that have led to life-long friendships.

After Josh and I got married, we decided Stockton was where we wanted to raise our kids. We love that small hometown feel and all of the good that comes with it. I love Salt of the Earth people and especially enjoy introducing others to our simple way of life.
