My journey in real estate began when I was approached by one of the best brokers in the business, Sandy Hoover, in Bolivar. After a lunch meeting, I decided to take the leap and get my real estate license. Shortly after, I began working with Hoover and Associates Real Estate, and from that moment, I knew I had found my true calling.
Over the years, I have dedicated myself to learning and growing within the real estate industry. My hard work and commitment have been recognized with numerous awards, but one of the most memorable moments came in 2020 when my daughter, Kelly Roy, and I were both awarded the prestigious Platinum Award for sales falling in the top 1% of over 2,000 agents with the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors.
However, the achievement I am most proud of is the 25 years of repeat clients who continue to trust me with their real estate needs. Many of these clients have done multiple sales and purchases over the years, and their loyalty is a testament to the relationships I’ve built and the quality service I strive to provide.
• Personal Story & Interests
On a personal level, my family is my greatest joy and my biggest source of inspiration. My husband, Raymond, has been in the farming and cattle business most of his life, and he continues to enjoy it today. Our family has been truly blessed with amazing kids, all of whom have very successful careers. As a parent, there’s no greater joy than watching your children thrive.
But perhaps the greatest joy of all has come from the arrival of our grandkids. They are a true gift from God, and the love, hugs, kisses, and moments spent watching them grow are things that words can’t fully capture. The opportunity to be a part of their lives is one of life’s greatest blessings.
Through my career in real estate and the time I’ve spent with my family, I’ve learned the value of building lasting relationships – whether with clients, family, or friends. Real estate isn’t just about sales or transactions; it’s about connecting with people and helping them achieve their dreams, while also cherishing the important moments that come with family life.
