2020 Real Estate Snapshot

It’s funny to look back at this blog from a year ago: Housing Market Trends – What’s to come in 2020? Let’s be honest. We had no idea what 2020 had in store. No one did! But, oddly enough, look at how many 2020 real estate predictions came true. Home prices rose, mortgage rates dropped, and the number of houses on the market dwindled. 

There has been plenty of bad news for everyone this year. Countless times it felt like the sky was falling. But here we are, December 31st, 2020, and it’s not all bad! We made it through! Take a look at this 2020 real estate snapshot. There’s some good news, some bad news, but more importantly, hope for a better 2021!
